Placing an order ▲

To place an order in the ferax.lv online store, the Buyer must register, provide and confirm an email address and create a password for access to the profile.

The Buyer may order goods online, by email or by contacting the Seller by telephone. Where an order is placed using a means of distance communication, the consumer is provided with the mandatory pre-contractual information required by applicable law before the distance contract is concluded.

The Buyer provides the personal data necessary to fulfil the order. Personal data is processed in accordance with the FERAX Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where the Buyer acts on behalf of a legal entity, the relevant legal entity details must also be provided.

Conclusion of the distance contract and payment obligation ▼

Immediately before the order is submitted, the Buyer is clearly and unambiguously provided with the essential information about the goods or services, the total price and other information required by applicable law.

Where placing an order entails an obligation to pay, the button or similar function used to complete the order is presented in a way that makes it unambiguous to the Buyer that submitting the order entails an obligation to pay.

The distance contract is deemed concluded once the Buyer has submitted the order in accordance with the online store ordering process and the Seller has confirmed acceptance of the order by sending confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer. The Terms form an integral part of the distance contract.

Product information and storage of order data ▼

The Seller provides the Buyer with the information necessary for the use of the goods and, where required by applicable law, instructions in Latvian no later than upon delivery of the goods, unless such information is available on ferax.lv or the manufacturer’s website.

Essential information about the goods and their characteristics is provided in the product description on ferax.lv.

Order and transaction data is stored in FERAX systems in accordance with the Privacy Policy, accounting requirements and other applicable laws and regulations.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Delivery Policy

Information about FERAX order delivery procedures, available collection methods, costs and what happens if delivery is delayed or unsuccessful.

General provisions ▲

This Delivery Policy applies to purchases made in the SIA "Feraks" online store. It sets out the procedure, conditions and costs of delivery. Consumers also retain all rights provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

Minimum order amount ▼

The minimum order amount is EUR 10.00 (including VAT), excluding the delivery charge. Orders with a goods value below EUR 10.00 are not processed.

For orders with a goods value above EUR 30.00, standard delivery is free of charge unless special delivery conditions apply due to the size, weight or other objective delivery restrictions of the goods. Any additional costs are shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

Delivery methods ▼

SIA "Feraks" offers delivery in cooperation with Venipak Latvia and other order collection methods available during checkout.

✓Courier delivery to the address specified by the Buyer

✓Collection from a Venipak parcel locker selected by the Buyer, provided the shipment size and weight comply with the permitted parameters of the relevant locker. Indicative maximum parameters: 41 cm × 39.5 cm × 61 cm and up to 30 kg; availability of a specific parcel locker is determined during checkout

✓Free collection from the SIA "Feraks" collection point at Meldru iela 1, Liepāja, Latvia, by prior arrangement

Delivery costs ▼

Delivery costs are shown and calculated during checkout before the order is finally confirmed, taking into account the selected delivery method, address and order parameters.

Special delivery conditions or additional charges may apply to non-standard, oversized or heavy shipments. The Buyer is informed of such charges before confirming the order.

Delivery time and delay ▼

Goods are delivered within the period stated in the order or order confirmation. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the Buyer, goods are delivered to a consumer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the distance contract is concluded.

If the goods are not delivered within the applicable period, the consumer may require delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If delivery is not completed within that additional period, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract. In cases provided by law, the consumer may terminate the contract without granting an additional period.

Where a consumer lawfully terminates a distance contract because the goods were not delivered, the Seller refunds the amounts paid under the contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

Handling of undelivered shipments ▼

If a shipment cannot be delivered to the Buyer, further action is taken in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures and notices sent to the Buyer. Depending on the circumstances, another delivery attempt may be made or an alternative collection solution may be offered.

If a shipment is returned to SIA "Feraks" due to circumstances attributable to the Buyer (for example, the recipient cannot be contacted or the shipment is not collected within the specified period), the Buyer may be charged the cost of reshipment after being informed in advance. If delivery failed due to the Seller or carrier, the Buyer is not charged for redelivery.

Receipt of goods ▼

Upon receipt, the Buyer is advised to check the external condition of the shipment. Any visible damage to the packaging should be reported immediately to the carrier and the Seller.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.
