How to place an order
Placing an order in the FERAX online store is easy. Add the selected products to your shopping cart, open the cart, check your order and click “Proceed to checkout”.

Standard checkout
Once you have made your selection, you can place the order yourself by completing the checkout form step by step.

Selecting an address
Select your region and city or town from the list. If your city is not listed, select “Other location” and enter the name of your city or town in the “City” field. Please make sure that the correct postal code is entered.

Delivery
Based on the address you provide, the system will display the available delivery options. Choose the option that is most convenient for you. More information about delivery terms is available in the “Delivery” section.

Payment
Choose the payment method that suits you best. More information about the available payment options can be found in the “Payment” section.

Customer information
Enter the required information: your first name, last name, delivery address and telephone number. In the “Order comments” field, you can provide additional information for the courier or the FERAX team.

Order confirmation
Before submitting your order, check all the information once again: products, quantities, delivery address and customer details. If everything is correct, click “Place order”.
Even easier next time
Your details can be saved for future orders
The FERAX online store remembers user details and information from the previous order. The next time you shop, the system may offer to use previously entered information, making checkout even faster.
